Health guidelines due to COVID-19

Oslo is one of Europe's most beautiful cities, so we understand that you would like to travel here and discover everything the city has to offer. With the current situation linked to the coronavirus COVID-19, we have gathered important information that might be needed for your visit.

Prevailing information in Norway

The situation with the corona virus (the COVID-19) is unfortunately at a level in Norway, where we still need to pause all our operations until further notice.

Information and regulations change rapidly in Oslo. We follow the situation closely and of course update as soon as there is any news. However, we encourage you to please keep yourself up to date. Visit the attractions' official websites for new alerts and to ensure that opening hours or restrictions have not changed before your visit.

Regarding your purchase

If you have bought an Oslo Card to be used in this particular period, please contact the agent / supplier you purchased the City Card from. If you have purchased your City Card directly from Oslo Cards’ website, you can send your booking number via email to contact@oslocard.com and we will then process your inquiry as soon as possible.
