Information and guidelines, COVID-19

Oslo is one of Europe's most beautiful cities, so we understand that you would like to travel here and discover everything the city has to offer. With the current situation linked to the coronavirus COVID-19, we have gathered information that might be needed for your visit.

The corona virus has unfortunately affected Oslo for a long period of time and some local lockdowns may still occur. As we currently do not have the opportunity to guarantee you access to our full range of fantastic attractions and means of transportation – we have temporarily paused our operations.

We look forward to when we can once again offer a safe and exciting pass with many attractions available. After all, a City Card is by far the best way to discover the wide range that Oslo has to offer!

Already on site in Oslo?

For those of you who choose to discover the city, with or without City Card, we can warmly recommend Stromma Norway's tours and excursions. Go to stromma.no to read more!

It is important to keep in mind that the regulations may change rapidly in the city. We follow the situation closely and of course update as soon as there is any news. However, we encurage you to please keep yourself up to date. Visit the attractions' official websites for new alerts and to ensure that opening hours or restrictions have not changed before your visit.

Regarding your purchase

If you have bought an Oslo Card to be used in this particular period, please contact the agent / supplier you purchased the City Card from. If you have purchased your City Card directly from Oslo Cards’ website, you can send your booking number via email to contact@oslocard.com and we will then process your inquiry as soon as possible.
