What ages apply for a children's pass?

Children's passes are for visitors between 6 and 15 years. Guests above the age of 16 need to purchase an adult pass. Children under 6 accompany an adult card holder for free.

What if I lose my card?

When you get our smart online card on your phone, you can't actually lose it! If you accidently delete your online card, contact us and we will help you with a new one. However, we cannot replace or reimburse you for a lost physical card.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

The Oslo Card includes one visit to each attraction, but you can join the included Hop on-Hop off Bus tour as many times as you like while your card is valid.

What language is the guidebook in?

The guidebook is written in English.

Can I share my card with a friend?

The card is issued to one specific customer and can only be used by one person.

Do I need to make a reservation for the attractions?

No need to make a reservation. Simply scan your card when you enter the attraction.

Are the attractions open all year round?

Most attractions are open throughout the entire year. Check the attraction page for opening hours.

What is the normal cost for the attractions?

See the regular entry price on the respective attraction page.

Where can I find the opening hours and the addresses of the attractions?

Opening hours and addresses can be found on each attraction page.

Is access to public transport included?

Please note that public transportation is not included in the Oslo Card. Tickets to the city’s tram and buses can conveniently be ordered online on ruter.no.

Does the City Card have to be used on consecutive days?

Yes, it has to be used at consecutive days.

How much does the Oslo Card cost?

When buying online, where do I get my Oslo Card?

The City Card is delivered to you by both e-mail and text message. In the confirmation mail you will find a link called "Mobile Ticket". The link opens a QR-code (your digital City Card). The same applies to the link provided in the text message. The City Card is ready to use on you phone straight away!

How much do I save with the card?

How long in advance can I buy my card?

You can buy your card up to 12 months in advance. And you only activate it when you actually use it at an attraction for the first time.

Can I cancel my City Card?

You can cancel as regards to general online purchases, read more about our terms and conditions here. However, your Oslo Card is valid for 12 months after purchase and is only activated when you scan it - so there is plenty of time to use it if your visit to Oslo is postponed.
