Children's passes are for visitors between 6 and 15 years. Guests above the age of 16 need to purchase an adult pass. Children under 6 accompany an adult card holder for free.
When you get our smart online card on your phone, you can't actually lose it! If you accidently delete your online card, contact us and we will help you with a new one. However, we cannot replace or reimburse you for a lost physical card.
The Oslo Card includes one visit to each attraction, but you can join the included Hop on-Hop off Bus and Boat tours as many times as you like while your card is valid.

The card is issued to one specific customer and can only be used by one person.

You can buy your card up to 12 months in advance. And you only activate it when you actually use it at an attraction for the first time.
